It was a pleasure meeting you last week, I’m excited for the opportunity to work together. It sounds like you’re looking for someone who can take on a marketing manager role for you and your business and I think I can help you be completely hands off - aside from a weekly or monthly check-in phone calls. I would be best suited to take the following off your plate and give you more time for what you do best:

• Social Media - creating content, posting content, and interacting via comments & messages

• Listing Photo/Video + Floor Plans - create all media for new and current listings

• Website Media Assets - video and photo content to explain further who you are and what you do

• Podcast + Youtube - explore building out your personal brand, independent of Douglas Elliman

• Ad Manager - run and manage an advertising budget, coordinating with Elliman and their built in tools -or- independently through google ads + social media.

My main goal for content creation is to help you turn prospective clients into lifelong relationships. Beyond real-estate, I’ve been traveling around the world filming for brands, artists, and Fortune 500 companies. This allowed me to take everything I learned working on 6-figure+ productions and scale that level of quality to a reasonable price point. But enough about me.

We all know if someone is looking at buying luxury property in Los Angeles, they can probably afford to buy almost anywhere. So in addition to making you stand out as the obvious choice of who they should work with, we need to show them why the particular neighborhood they’re looking at is going to be their favorite place to call home.

The best way to do this, is to have a ~60 second video explaining who you are, what you do, but most importantly - why you do it. Your “why” is the reason someone will hire you. Through thoughtful interviewing and beautiful imagery, we’ll create a short film that tugs on some heart strings, and allows potential clients a chance to connect with you, before ever meeting you. I call these “Agent Lifestyle Videos”

I also treat listing videos with the same attention to detail. Instead of showing an empty home with pretty staging, I come up with a story line that makes the viewer envision the lifestyle they’d have if they bought that home.

Neighborhood tours are important for someone who isn’t familiar with what an area has to offer. I approach these videos scene-by-scene. People connect to people. Showing flashy cars, fun restaurants, shopping, etc. feels rather empty without the emotion of people experiencing them. I have a huge network of actors we can recruit for these.
