How To Prepare Your Listing

Prepping your listing for our Matterport Virtual Tour appointment is easy! The home should look exactly as if you were showing it to a potential buyer. We’re creating a 3D model of your listing and will capture every square inch exactly as it appears the day of our appointment. Keep in mind there’s no way to “photoshop” or remove any objects once the scan is complete, so be sure to do a thorough walk-thru before we begin to ensure the space is exactly as you’d like to present it to a potential buyer.

How Long Will This Take?

Depending on the complexity of the layout, our appointment will take between 10-20 minutes per thousand square feet of scanned space. Please remember to factor in finished basement and attic space.

Ok, I’m sold! What’s it cost?

I’m glad you asked! Our pricing is simple, we charge $500 for any home under 10,000 sq ft - and $750 for homes bigger. We will happily add-on schematic floor-plans to your Virtual Tour for only $250. Please let us know if you need floor-plans when making your appointment. We have different tools for FP vs MP.
